LGB.T is a certified Yunus Social Business Company.
This is an approach, advocated by Muhammad Yunus — founder of Grameen Bank and winner of the 2006 Nobel Peace Prize — in which social problems are solved through a sustainable business.
We work toward a society in which LGBTQ+ people can live with pride. We run support services for LGBTQ+ people and their families, we help the general public and companies deepen their accurate knowledge and understanding of LGBTQ+ issues, and we carry out work to establish the human rights of LGBTQ+ people — all with the aim of contributing to a society in which everyone's individuality and human rights are respected. To that end, we strive to follow the seven principles of Yunus Social Business set out below.

- The objective of a social business is not to maximise profit, but to solve the problems that threaten people and companies — poverty, education, health, technology and the environment.
- It achieves financial and economic sustainability.
- Investors recover the amount they invested. No dividend is paid beyond that amount.
- Profits generated after the original investment has been repaid are used to spread social business and to carry it out better.
- It is mindful of gender and the environment.
- Employees receive their wages under good working conditions.
- Do it with joy.
